http://rift.magelo.com/en/soultree#lgw/rkGGFlkll5h0/n8t0There are really only 2 viable builds for cleric banking this one and one with 9 points moved from inquis to shaman. I've found this to be the better of the two as it gives more overall damage than the shaman one and another ranged life ability.
BUFFS:
Mien of Leadership
Courage of the Bear
Vengeance of the Winter Storm
Armor of Treachery
Righteous Mandate (put on the other tank or on an important raid member)
Mein of Honor (usable for tank swaps as to not accidentally over aggro the other tank and pull a mob back onto you potentially causing a wipe)
Macros:

A good tank is one that can use CD's effectively.
Our CD's are:
Reprieve- 1 minute CD, heals the caster for 100% of their health and the target of their Righteous mandate for 50% of the caster's health.
Just Defense- 1 minute CD, Gives the caster an absorb shield for 50% of their max health at the time of being cast for 10 seconds.
Resplendent Embrace- 2 minute CD, Increases the casters max health by 20% and healing received by 50% for 10 seconds.
Total Assurance- 1 minute CD, grants 7 conviction and increases damage and healing done using those convictions by 50% for 30 seconds (or until all convictions are spent).
Doctrine of Glory- 30 second CD, Consumes all convictions reducing damage taken by 2.86%(20.02% with 7 convictions) for 4 seconds.
I use Total Assurance along with either Hammer of Duty or Hammer of Faith at the start of a pull to quickly gain aggro an make it extremely difficult for a DPS to pull aggro off me before i can melee the mob.
I also use Resplendent Embrace then Just Defense for a large shield as well as 50% increased healing received for times of spike damage.
I use Doctrine of Glory on CD when I have 7 convictions unless i know that there is a time when i will take a large hit and use DoG to lessen the blow.
Note on Block/parry/dodge/endurance
For the most part your stat priority should go;
end--> block--> parry--> dodge
Endurance is the better stat for us to "stack" right now however if you find a piece that will give you more block but lose a little end take it as block is almost on par with end but just a little behind.
